Driving Additional Revenue for Global Payments Platform

challenge

Payments Platform Needs to Onboard Customers More Quickly

Our client provides a payment platform as a service and operates in an extremely competitive environment. They were experiencing high growth, but they were struggling to onboard new customers quickly enough. This meant negative customer feedback and slower revenue realization. They needed to rapidly overhaul their customer onboarding process.

solution

New APIs

In order to accelerate our client’s new customer onboarding process, we built new and enhanced existing APIs that met credit card processing certification. Sparq’s development team was added to their professional services organization, working independently, to design, define, build and test new and existing APIs driving the addition of net-new customers for the client and accelerating their revenue generation. Timelines for new APIs were start-to-finish in 45 to 75 days to meet customer contract requirements.

Additional Growth, More Revenue Realized

Thanks to these enhancements, our client was able to realize more revenue and grow at a more rapid pace.  Our work ensured that they could both accelerate their go-to-market for new customers and better support their existing customers. Sparq met customer expectations on all work including time-to-complete APIs and enhancement.
