Ingrid Curtis is the co-founder and incoming chief executive officer at Sparq effective January 1, 2026. Curtis ascends to the role of CEO at Sparq after more than 17 years of executive leadership within the company, most recently serving as president and chief operating officer. Curtis’s focus is on leading Sparq into a new era of strategic growth and accelerated success by building a culture that empowers teams to deliver extraordinary outcomes for clients that serve as launchpads for innovation and revenue growth.

Monty Hamilton is Sparq’s co-founder and CEO, known for his approachable leadership style and commitment to building a company where people and ideas thrive. He’s guided by a philosophy centered on colleagues, clients, and community. Before Sparq, Monty was a Managing Partner at Clarkston Consulting and has always valued building genuine relationships and giving back. When he’s not supporting his team or clients, you’ll often find him spending quality time with his family or enjoying a competitive pickleball game.

Derek Perry is Sparq’s chief technology officer, focused on guiding the company’s technology strategy, solution development and our AI-accelerated ways of working. His career has focused on applied problem solving in consulting and driving speed-to-value for clients in mission critical domains. Over his more than 13 years at Sparq, he has overseen the company’s innovation and AI functions, and enjoys spending time in the field helping organizations adopt AI.

Robin Stenzel is Sparq’s chief people officer providing leadership and guidance for colleague services, talent acquisition, resource management, learning & development and IT to support Sparq’s entire colleague lifecycle. Prior to joining Sparq, Robin served as chief solutions and people officer for Outmatch, a leader in the hiring experience space. She held leadership roles for WestRock, Hitachi Consulting, and Delta Air Lines.

Kyle Boston is chief growth officer at Sparq. Boston has spent his career building and scaling global digital and IT consulting organizations from the ground up. With deep expertise in enterprise software, data, and organizational transformation, Boston has led end-to-end sales, marketing, and GTM functions driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and enterprise value creation. Prior to joining Sparq, Boston was a senior managing partner at Spaulding Ridge.

Brian Carter, Sparq’s chief operating officer, guides client services and delivery. Brian has spent his career helping organizations scale their businesses and deliver innovative IT solutions. He brings a passion for engineering excellence and a commitment to helping teams and organizations create great outcomes. Brian has built numerous new lines of business and consulting practices throughout his career. Prior to joining Sparq, Carter was a vice president at EPAM Systems.

Jason Paru is chief financial officer at Sparq. Paru’s has a successful track record of driving growth, transformation, and value creation across private equity-backed enterprises. Paru’s strategic acumen and results-driven leadership has helped guide acquisitions, exits, and large-scale initiatives to accelerate performance and enhance enterprise value, positioning organizations for long-term success. Prior to joining Sparq, Paru was COO and CFO at Source Advisors.

Scott Monnig serves as chief client officer at Sparq. Monnig works with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to educate customers on Sparq capabilities, products, and solutions to help solve their most pressing needs. He oversees a world-class team of client partners who ensure exceptional customer experience in every engagement. Prior to his roles with Sparq, Monnig led technical teams in manufacturing, telecommunications, and media organizations.
