Building a Scalable, Secure Foundation

We led the implementation of Adobe AEM Assets as a centralized digital asset management (DAM) platform, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. The rollout began with support for creative asset management and evolved to include automated publishing workflows and secure asset delivery for product-specific content.

The solution now supports multiple functions—including Brand, Campaigns, eCommerce Content, and Marketing Ops—and enables efficient asset reuse across channels. Key initiatives included:

  • Creating secure integrations to enable global brand teams to access assets directly within their own DAM
  • Developing a centralized, secure repository of historical assets for the Brand Legal team to support license compliance and prevent asset misuse

Operational Efficiency on a Global Scale

The adoption of Adobe AEM Assets transformed the organization’s approach to digital asset management. Over 550 users now benefit from faster, more secure access to assets, with significantly improved upload times and streamlined workflows. The system has enhanced cross-team collaboration, improved compliance with asset licensing, and reduced manual effort—unlocking innovation and operational efficiency across global brand, marketing, and eCommerce initiatives.
