Improved Speed-to-Market for SaaS Company via Product Modernization

challenge

Outdated Product Architecture

A SaaS company catering to clients in the home construction industry needed to update legacy applications, so they were seeking an onshore partner to replace a previous offshore provider. Their outdated product architecture needed to be modernized so they could build and release products faster and keep expanding their portfolio. Their vision was to continue to lead in the home construction SaaS marketplace, so they wanted a partner who believed in their vision and could help them achieve it.

Faster Deployment

We moved our client’s flagship applications to the Cloud so our team could build and deploy much more quickly. We also introduced Agile methodology to the development process. After the success of these initial projects, our team was brought on to develop a new application utilizing microservices. Our Cloud Native solution replaced the client’s existing payment methods that required manual and lengthy payment cycles. It was deployed and maintained by using CI/CD and DevOps concepts to allow a microservices approach to developing and updating specific components over time.

Streamlined Time to Market

We helped our client go from using outdated architecture to deploying industry-leading, modern applications to their customers.
