Dutra brings 30 years of experience helping business innovate and scale
ATLANTA (November 17, 2022) – Rural Sourcing has added Ana Dutra, former technology CEO and experienced board director, to its Board of Directors. Dutra brings more than 30 years of experience in senior management for professional services, consulting and technology companies. As a board member, she has elevated both private and publicly traded companies to new heights of growth and innovation.
Rural Sourcing is in the midst of an impressive time of growth. The company has generated consistent thirty plus percent annual growth as demand for experienced product development teams and sustainable digital engineering solutions increase. On the Board, Dutra will provide valuable guidance on intelligent scaling as the business becomes more complex.
“At Rural Sourcing, we are on a journey to deliver world-class software product engineering to the FORTUNE 1000,” said Monty Hamilton, CEO of Rural Sourcing. “We have experienced tremendous growth over the past few years and expect that demand growth to continue. Ana Dutra provides expertise on how to scale a business through her years of experience working with large multi-national and global organizations. She will be invaluable in helping us chart a course for the future that creates a long-term benefit for our colleagues, clients and communities.”
A Brazilian native with experience in global P&L management, technology, business growth and C-Level business advisory in over 25 countries, Dutra’s expertise lies in helping Boards, CEOs and their teams to identify and execute growth strategies and turnarounds through innovation, acquisitions and new technologies.
“We are in a period of tremendous growth in the technology sector,” said Dutra. “Rural Sourcing is well positioned to take advantage of the market and drive innovation. This is, in part, because of the company’s mission to provide technology career opportunities in locations where they otherwise would not exist. I find this mission inspiring and also a great starting point for growth within the industry.”
Dutra started her career with IBM where she managed clients and lines-of-businesses in a number of countries. After receiving her MBA from Kellogg business school, she led lines-of-businesses and global P&Ls with CSC, Oliver Wyman, Accenture and, more recently, with Korn Ferry and The Executives’ Club.
With a proven, U.S.-based remote delivery model, Rural Sourcing provides a high level of control and collaboration for clients, while delivering the quality and responsiveness that are needed in today’s fast paced digital world. In 2019, Bain Capital Double Impact, the impact investing business of Bain Capital, acquired a majority stake in Rural Sourcing allowing the company to further scale its national footprint and digital service offerings while creating high-quality jobs and new technology corridors across the country.
