Ingrid Miller, vice president of client services has been promoted to chief operating officer. For the past six years, she’s helped to transition Rural Sourcing from a start-up to the leading domestic outsourcing provider. Ingrid is now responsible for executing the company’s vision to provide US-based, high quality, IT outsourcing solutions through management and oversight across all of Rural Sourcing’s development centers.
Scott Monnig, formerly the Augusta development center director is now the vice president of professional services. Scott has successfully led the growth of the Augusta Development Center from its initial opening through three expansions over the past four years. With over 20 years of IT experience, he will now be responsible for expanding Rural Sourcing practice areas, identifying new service opportunities and insuring consistent delivery across our development centers.
Derek Perry, director of client service has been promoted to vice president of service delivery. He brings over 10 years of experience to his new position that includes building client relationships and directing engagements, developing innovative and strategic service offerings, and implementing solutions for our clients.
