Rural Sourcing Named One of Atlanta’s Healthiest Employers by Atlanta Business Chronicle

ATLANTA (July 19, 2022) – For the second year in a row, Rural Sourcing, a leader in onshore digital engineering, was named to the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2022 Healthiest Employers list. The award celebrates organizations who are proactive in creating wellbeing initiatives that support and engage their employees.

Over the past year, Rural Sourcing’s growth has propelled the company to nearly 1,000 colleagues across the U.S. This continued growth has made health and wellbeing even more of a focus. The company has created a wellness program that encourages colleagues to pursue a healthy lifestyle in the way that best suits their personal needs and goals. In addition to traditional health benefits, the program includes paid parental leave, gym discounts and monthly wellness challenges with prizes. Last December, Rural Sourcing also hired its first Chief People Officer, Robin Stenzel, to further enhance the company’s commitment to colleague health and wellbeing.

“Our colleagues’ commitment to client success is how we’ve achieved such rapid growth over the past year,” said Robin Stenzel, Chief People Officer. “We want to deliver that same commitment to the health of our colleagues. We’re investing in colleague wellness at work and at home. As we continue to grow, having individualized wellness offerings that are unique to each colleague’s needs ensure we’re prioritizing their mental and physical health.”

Rural Sourcing continues to stay committed to its mission of creating high-quality tech jobs in areas of the country that are often overlooked. In the last year, Rural Sourcing acquired leading digital engineering company, Centare, and added two development centers in Baton Rouge, La. and Buffalo, N.Y., increasing the company’s footprint to three new states and a total of ten development centers.
