Rural Sourcing Named One of Atlanta’s Healthiest Employers by Atlanta Business Chronicle

ATLANTA (August 24, 2021) – Rural Sourcing, a leader in onshore digital engineering, has been named to the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2021 Healthiest Employers List. The annual award recognizes innovative organizations that have created robust healthy workplace programs throughout Metro Atlanta.

Over the past year, Rural Sourcing has expanded its commitment to wellness for its nearly 700 colleagues through a comprehensive corporate wellness program. Highlights include paid parental leave, monthly wellness challenges with giveaways, webinars on topics such as stress management and mindfulness, and gym discounts in each of the company’s development center communities across the US. Colleagues are also encouraged to bring their whole selves to work through the efforts of RSI’s Equity, Inclusion & Diversity Council and Colleague Resource Groups.

“We have learned so much over the past year as we’ve battled a pandemic and supported our colleagues through some of the more difficult times in their careers,” said Ingrid Curtis, President at Rural Sourcing. “We recognized early on that we had to take a holistic approach to support our team and provide our colleagues a variety of individualized resources for them to realize their healthiest selves. We’ve prioritized both physical and mental health and are ensuring our colleagues can stay healthy both at work and at home.”

Rural Sourcing is committed to its mission of creating high-quality technology careers throughout Middle America, and making an impact in the communities in which it operates. Bain Capital Double Impact, the impact investing business of Bain Capital, acquired a majority stake in the company in 2019, allowing Rural Sourcing to continue to expand its digital offerings across the US with eight development centers, and more in the works.
