Rural Sourcing Named One of the Best and Brightest to Work for in Atlanta for Eight Years in a Row

ATLANTA (May 17, 2022) — For eight years running, Rural Sourcing has been named one of “Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.” The award recognizes companies in Atlanta that put their colleagues first and foster an inclusive, welcoming culture.

Rural Sourcing continues to grow at a rapid pace, which includes the number of colleagues both in Atlanta and throughout the U.S. Last year, the company acquired Wisconsin-based digital business and technology consultancy Centare, announced two new development centers in Buffalo, N.Y. and Baton Rouge, La and hired Chief People Officer Robin Stenzel to further develop Rural Sourcing’s colleague services. The company has also made strides in the areas of Equity, Inclusion & Diversity (EI&D), having increased the proportion of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) colleagues by 60% and women colleagues by 25%. Adding to Rural Sourcing’s list of accomplishments, the company was recently named number 41 on the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Pacesetter list of the 100 fastest-growing companies in Atlanta.

“Over the past year we’ve experienced immense growth as an organization, so we’ve been investing even more in our colleagues’ individual success and fulfillment,” said Rural Sourcing President Ingrid Curtis. “Through new benefit offerings and enhanced policies, we’ve continued to make our colleagues’ growth a priority. Receiving this award helps demonstrate the success we’ve had in developing a happy and engaged workforce.”

The winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm, which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other recognized winners. The categories applicants were scored on include: Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Creative, Wellness and Wellbeing Solutions, Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment and Selection; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Work-Life Blend; Community Initiatives and Corporate Responsibility; and Leadership, Strategy and Company Performance.

“These 2022 winning organizations have stood out during unpredictable times and have proven they are an employer of choice. They continue to keep the needs of their employees first and provide perks that include, development, wellbeing, work-life balance, rewards and recognition. In addition these winning companies offer a fantastic work culture and workplace environment that attracts and retains superior employees”, said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of NABR and The Best and Brightest Program.
